Hi, everyone! This is my last post. Today, I will write about my favorite place, Kamakura. First, I will introduce Houkokuji Temple. Houkokuji is a temple in Kamakura and it is famous for its beautiful bamboo garden. Also, many people from all over the world visit Houkokuji because it is famous sightseeing spot. It is about 15 minutes by bus and walk from Kamakura Station. Admission fee is 300 yen, and if you pay on additional 600 yen, you can drink Matcha with dry Japanese sweets while looking at the beautiful garden. I have never drunk Matcha in Houkokuji, but I want to drink it the next time. It is said that the appearance of this garden changes depending on the season.   I went there in March, so I could see the camellia flowers. The way to enjoy it changes depending on the season, such as cherry blossoms in spring and autumn red leaves in autumn, so please try and go during your favorite season.   Next, I will introduce Inamuragasaki Park. This is my No.1 favorite spot in...

Yume-no-Tsuribashi

Hello everyone! I went to Yume-no-Tsuribashi in February. It was very beautiful, so today I will introduce it. It is a famous suspension bridge which is in Shizuoka Prefecture, and it is a popular sightseeing spot. It took 4 hours and 30 minutes to drive there because we hade to go over two mountains. There are several parking lots, but I recommend the parking lot in front of the souvenir shop near the entrance to Yume-no-Tsuribashi. That is the nearest parking lot and you can park your car there for 200 yen. Also, the souvenir shop clerk is very kind and she told us precautions and a shortcut. We arrived at Yume-no-Tsuribashi from the parking lot in 20 minutes on foot.  I was little scared because the walking space is only about 20 cm, but I was able to cross because it was a wonderful view. The river water looks emerald green or light blue and it is very beautiful, so I was impressed. It seems that the water color changes depending on the amount of light, so I recommend going o...

Hawaii #2

Hello! I wrote about the first day and second day of my Hawaii trip memory in my last post. Today, I will introduce a continuation of last post. The third day, I went to The Saturday Farmer’s Market at KCC. The farmer's Market is a morning market in Japan. A lot of fresh fruit and vegetables are displayed at the market. Also, there are many souvenir shops and many delicious foods.  Among them, what impressed me most was guava juice. It was so big and very delicious! Looking at this photo makes me want to drink it again! After I went to KCC, I went to Ala Moana Center. It was so big and I was worried I'm going to get lost, but I could do some shopping, and bought souvenirs and ate lunch there.  When I was walking in Ala Moana Center, I found ROSS. It is a discount shop that Kevin taught me. You can get everything in ROSS. For example, you can get brand-name goods, clothes, daily necessities, furniture, sweets and drinks, etc. I recommend ROSS because you can enjoy shopping ...

Hawaii #1

Hi, everyone. I went to Hawaii in October of last year. It was my first trip abroad and my special memory. So, I will introduce my Hawaii trip. First day, I went for a walk around the hotel. I ate acai bowl, and I went to the ABC Store, the International Marketplace, Waikiki Beach. I had an image of Waikiki Beach as being beautiful from the biginning, and it was just how I had imagined it. Also, the view that I could see from my hotel was very beautiful. The second day, I got up at 4 am because I want to see the sunrise from Diamond Head. I had an image that it was hard to climb Diamond Head, but it was easy and very fun. I was very surprised that the local people ran up and down many times. I could reach the top in 20 minutes and I saw the sunrise as planned. The sun was a little hidden by clouds, but it was beautiful. Also, the people coming and going along the mountain path were ...
